Noisy Women are performing at the RMA Study Group “Music and/as Process” Annual Conference at Goldsmiths, University of London, on Friday 7 November 2025.
The conference explores how sound, form, and process intertwine, and we’ll be closing the day with a live Noisy Women performance at 6pm, free and open to everyone!

MEET THE AUTHORS is a special series of poetry events in libraries around London. “Acclaimed poets James A. Smith and Bettina Schroeder will be sharing readings from their books.”
After the readings there will be a Q&A session with book signings, followed by some open mic, so bring a poem to share or just come to listen and enjoy.
Organised by London Poetry Books and in collaboration with the Multicultural Book Fair.

Bettina will be at the Multicultictural Book Fair 2025 at Conway Hall, London, on 6th September for a day filled with diverse books, authors, and exciting poetry readings. This year, lots of publishers and their authors are performing on the main stage. Bettina will be reading from her poetry book at 11:40am and at the Gala evening at 7pm at The Square Pig. You will find her at the London Poetry Books stand throughout the day.

Bettina will part of a participatory session with All Good Sound Workshop involving a range approaches to free improvisation during the Haringey Arts Festival. All invited and bring along your voice!

Bettina and Iris are going to perform ‘Book At Bedtime’ at Alan Newcombe’s reading of his book ‘Gritstone’.
Saxophonist and writer Alan Newcombe reads from his debut novel. He will then be joined by his musician friends for a set of improvised music incorporating words from the book.
