Bettina Schroeder and James A Smith present the listener with an intriguing cocktail of sounds. The use of a multitude of sounds generated by Schroeder’s electric ukulele and Smith’s guitar illustrate and enhance their prose-poetry narratives. The pair also jointly improvise with the addition of loops, effects, prepared instruments, and spontaneously re-mixed original recordings.
